Before you ask
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Sales, stock, the register, receipts and reports all run on the device with no connection. The app checks in with our servers now and then to confirm your licence: a Local Solo licence can go up to a year between check-ins, Cloud Solo about two weeks. Cloud backups upload when a connection is available and queue up when it isn't.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The till locks until you choose a plan — nothing is deleted, your data stays on the device. Pick Local Solo or Cloud Solo, transfer the amount to the bank account shown in the app, send us the receipt, and we unlock your store, usually within a few hours during business hours.
Can I run two tills for one shop?
Not on one licence. A plan covers one store on one device, and the app enforces that so nobody can copy your account onto another machine. If you need more than one counter, contact us and we'll sort out a second licence.
My tablet broke. How do I move to a new one?
On Cloud Solo, open Settings → Data & Backup → Remove this device on the old one if you still can, then sign in on the new device and your whole store restores from backup. On Local Solo, Remove this device works too — but your store lives only on that device, so removing it permanently erases everything there and the new device starts empty; the app asks you to confirm you understand before it does anything. If the old device is already dead and can't open the app, contact support and we'll move your licence.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, in rupees. The app shows the account details when you choose a plan; you send the transfer receipt on WhatsApp or email, and we verify it by hand. No card is needed at any point and we never see your bank credentials.
Does it print receipts?
Yes — 80 mm thermal receipt printers over USB or the network, with your store name, logo, phone, address and footer on every slip. You can also hold an order and print an unpaid invoice for a customer to pay later.
Is my data safe?
Your database is encrypted at rest on the device, and the key is kept in the device's own secure store. Your password is never stored — only a one-way hash. On Cloud Solo, backups travel over HTTPS to servers hosted on Microsoft Azure. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
